Michael Donihee, Founder
A Jacksonville, Florida native, Michael founded Foundry to give real estate professionals a contractor they can count on. He holds Florida licenses as a certified building contractor, roofing contractor and mold remediation contractor, and is also licensed in Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from The University of Alabama and a master’s degree in construction management from Western Carolina University. That training shapes how Foundry runs every project: clear scopes, firm schedules and honest communication.
With a background in restoration, reconstruction and real estate, Michael understands what listing deadlines, closings, turnovers and owner approvals demand from a contractor, and he built Foundry to deliver it.
Tell us about the property and timeline. We’ll set up a review and get you a written scope of work.
